Fried cheese cake
The main, and thickest layer, consists of a mixture of soft, fresh cheese, eggs, and sugar; the bottom layer consists of a crust or base made from graham crackers. Then we freeze the preparation and deep it in a high temperature oil to fry it! It's simply delicious
