The main, and thickest layer, consists of a mixture of soft, fresh cheese, eggs, and sugar; the bottom layer consists of a crust or base made from graham crackers. Then we freeze the preparation and deep it in a high temperature oil to fry it! It's simply delicious



Mochi (Japanese: 餅, もち) is Japanese rice cake made of mochigome, a short-grain japonica glutinous rice. The rice is pounded into paste and molded into the desired shape. In Japan it is traditionally made in a ceremony called mochitsuki.

Yes, we do fry bananas, it's just delicious. We first heat it on a hot stove, add sugar, and flame it with a bit if old aged rum.

The dessert is made by taking a scoop of ice cream frozen well below the temperature at which ice cream is generally kept, possibly coating it in raw egg, rolling it in cornflakes or cookie crumbs, and briefly deep frying it
